Worthy (self worth) is part of my Enlightenment exhibition. Drawing on inspiration from the attributes we use when rising from adversity & trauma. For me, Worthy is a reminder to value and embrace our worthiness. Old stories, inner and outer critics can take up too much space in our heads until we believe them. Releasing the critics, I would like ‘Worthy’ to encourage viewers to embrace their own worthiness.
